How paying works
There is no page with a wallet address on it. A published address cannot tell who paid, cannot lock a price and cannot grant access. An invoice can.
Pick a plan and a coin
Optionally an email for the receipt and the key. Without one, the key exists only on your screen: save it.
An invoice is created
Unique address, exact amount at the rate of that minute, fifteen-minute window. Underpayments and wrong networks are caught before they become lost funds.
You pay from any wallet
Scan the code or copy the address. Lightning settles in seconds; on-chain clears after one confirmation.
Access is issued automatically
The moment the invoice settles, your licence key appears on screen and in your inbox. No human in the loop, at any hour. This is how checkout works from October; until then, see Order below.
Order
Until automatic checkout opens, ordering takes one email and one reply. Nothing else changes: you still pay a unique invoice, and you still get a licence key that is the whole account.
Email the plan
Write to hello@tgeindex.com with the plan and the coin you want to pay in. The order buttons above fill that in for you. No name needed.
Receive an invoice
An exact amount and a payment address, valid for 24 hours, in a direct reply from hello@tgeindex.com. Bitcoin gets a fresh address for every order; for USDT the exact amount identifies your payment. We never publish a wallet address, so never pay one you did not receive in a direct reply.
Pay and get the key
After one confirmation we reply with your licence key. For a term sheet review, send the document in reply to that email; the 48-hour clock starts when it arrives.
Refunds and the small print
Crypto has no chargebacks, so the rules are written down before the first sale, not after the first dispute.
Seven days, until you look
A full refund minus network fees within seven days, as long as no withheld figure has been viewed. Once a locked number has been shown, the product has been delivered and the refund window closes.
Your key is the account
No password, no profile. Lose the key and the email you gave is the only way back. Give no email and there is no way back at all, by design.
Wrong network, wrong amount
The invoice names the network and the exact amount. Funds sent to the wrong network are recoverable only when we hold the receiving key on that network; we will try, and we will say plainly when we cannot.
How a review works
After payment, send the document to hello@tgeindex.com with your licence key in the subject. Names can be redacted; the numbers cannot. You get a written comparison against the database, not a legal opinion: we say what each clause costs and how the other disclosed deals read, never whether to sign. The 48-hour clock starts when the document arrives.
What we keep
The invoice id, the plan, the amount, the settlement time and, if given, your email. No IP addresses, no wallet history beyond the paying transaction, no analytics beyond a page counter.
