What we know
Binance publishes no tariff. In December 2025 it stated that it charges no fees for project evaluations or listing applications, and offered a bounty of up to $5M for reports of fake listing agents. The only Binance listing agreement with public terms is Blockstack's 2019 Services Agreement, filed with the SEC: 833,333 STX on signing and three more payments of 833,333 STX on each anniversary while the token stays listed, USD 100,000 for marketing services, and a deposit of USD 500,000 plus 2,500,000 STX, returnable unless adverse events occur. Binance has not served the EU since 1 July 2026.
Red flags in a Binance listing offer
- Red flagA deposit paid to an agent's own wallet before the exchange has approved anything.
- Red flagNo agreement signed by the exchange's own legal entity, only by the agent.
- Red flagA "guaranteed" listing, or a guaranteed CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap page as part of the package.
- Red flag"Volume support" or "chart support": that is wash trading, and firms that sold it have been convicted.
- AskA deadline of hours. Listing slots are not sold like concert tickets.
